If you expect to arrive or depart out the reception opening time, we kindly ask you to inform the property in advance by mail. If traveling by car we will be happy to provide assistance in obtaining a permit to enter the restricted traffic zone "ZTL" (only for loading and unloading luggage), to do this it is necessary that you check-in within 2 hours you entry in the ZTL zone and you give us  your car registration plate number.
